First, after the customer approves the design, we need 2-3 days to prepare the raw materials for production. Next, we produce the cylinders for the new design. Since heat transfer film uses gravure printing technology, this takes 3 days. After the cylinders are produced, we arrange for printing, which generally takes 3 days. After printing, the ink needs to dry to prevent quality issues such as ink bleed and sticking, which takes 2 days. Then, we need 1 day to cut the rolls. Since the heat transfer film is printed according to the cylinder dimensions, we need to cut each roll to the desired size. After punching, we conduct professional quality inspections to ensure that the products we ship meet quality standards. Finally, we package and ship to the customer's address.
