The flattening roller is mainly composed of rubber strip, aluminum alloy roller body, mandrel, inclined wheel, inclined mouth guard and axle seat.
Horizontal grooves are evenly distributed on the surface of the aluminum alloy roller body, and the rubber strips are embedded in the grooves and higher than the roller body to form a roller surface arranged by the rubber strips. The two ends of the rubber strip are respectively connected to the outwardly inclined runners on both sides of the roller body. When the rubber strip rotates with the roller body, the rubber strip drives the inclined wheel to rotate, and the oblique wheel gradually pulls the rubber strip to the shaft end, and the rubber strip is gradually elongated to the maximum value from 0° to 180°. When turning from 180° to 360°, it gradually retracts from the maximum value to the original length. When the substrate wraps the above-mentioned 0°-180° adhesive strip, it can follow the adhesive strip to stretch to both ends and be flattened
