The production process is as follows:
1. Prepare Material: According to production requirements, prepare various raw materials required for making film inner stickers, such as plastic film, ink, adhesives, etc., to ensure that the quality and specifications of the materials meet production standards.
2. Cylinder Production: Process the prepared material into a cylindrical thin film. This step may require specific equipment and processes to form a cylinder film structure suitable for subsequent printing and processing, with a production cycle of approximately 4-7 days.
3. Printing: Using professional printing equipment to print patterns and text on large rolls of film. The printing method may be selected according to design requirements, and a drying time of 1-3 days is required after printing (5-7 days for aluminum oxide treatment if flash film is used) to ensure complete drying and curing of the ink.
4. Slitting: Cut the printed large roll film into small rolls of thin film according to the required size for subsequent processing and use.
5. Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections on the cut film, including printing quality, dimensional accuracy, color accuracy, etc., to ensure that the product meets quality standards. Small roll slitting and quality inspection take 1-2 days.
6. Sealing or Gluing: According to product requirements, the cut film is sewn or glued to form a shape and structure suitable for mold molding.
7. Inspection: Re inspect the products that have been sewn or coated with glue to check for defects or issues, ensuring the quality of the final product.
8. Packaging: Packaging products that have passed the inspection with adhesive film. The packaging materials can be selected from plastic bags, cartoon boxes, woven bags, or packaging boxes that are 500 meters per roll to protect the safety of the products during transportation and storage.
In addition, there is a series of communication and design processes with customers before formal production:
*Design Manuscript: The client provides their design manuscript (in formats such as AI, PSD, CDR, PDF, ESP, etc.), or the company provides a design proposal for the client’s reference.
*Confirm design: The customer confirms the final design and pays the plate making fee and a 30% advance payment of the total value.
Finally, there is the payment and shipping process:
*Balanced payment: Pay the remaining balance before delivery
*Shipping: Customers choose air, sea, or sea transportation methods, and the company chooses the cheapest cooperating courier company to ship the goods.
