The usage method of the electrostatic device (electrostatic adsorption equipment) attached inside the film is as follows:

 Preparation work

1.Choose appropriate electrostatic adsorption equipment

Choose a suitable electrostatic generator or electrostatic adsorption head based on the specific requirements for in film labeling. Ensure that the equipment voltage, power, and materials match.

2.Clean the surface to be pasted

Ensure that the surface of the mold or the object being pasted is clean, free of dust, oil, or moisture. If necessary, wipe it with a cleaning agent and dry it.

3.Prepare film materials
Check if the film is flat and undamaged to ensure good insulation performance.

2、 Operation steps

1.Turn on electrostatic devices
Start the electrostatic generator according to the equipment manual and adjust the output voltage to the appropriate range (usually 5-30kV, depending on the material).

2.Thin film electrification treatment
Handheld operation: Place the film about 50mm below the electrostatic adsorption head, press the power button to evenly charge the surface of the film.
Automatic system: The film is charged by an electrostatic generator before entering the mold to ensure adhesion.

3.Fitting operation
Align the charged film with the mold or the surface of the object being pasted, slowly approach and adhere it.
When bonding, the film should be kept flat to avoid wrinkles or bubbles.

4.Inspection and adjustment
After bonding, check if the film is firm. If there are bubbles or displacement, adjust the bonding again.
For machine automation systems, ensure that the film is fully adhered in the mold before closing the mold for subsequent processing.
