According to different products, different thicknesses labels can be used.

Our label ranges from 18-110 microns+, single-layer label thickness ranges from 18-45 microns, and composite label thickness ranges from 60 microns -110+microns.

Only labels over 60 microns are injection molded using a robotic arm,Single layer labels can only be manually injected.

*Thinner thickness (such as 18-30 microns):Applicable products: cosmetic bottles, plates, basins, lunch boxes, etc.

*Medium thickness (such as 50-80 microns):Applicable products: beverage bottles, food packaging bottles, etc.

*Thicker thickness (such as 90 microns and above):Applicable products:  paint buckets, oil bottles, chemical product packaging bottles, etc.
