Type of polyurethane rubber roller: casting type. Polyurethane rubber rollers are roughly divided into three types: polyester type, polyether type and polycaprolactone type (referring to the main constituent materials of the flexible segment). Generally speaking, polyester type is mostly used in low and medium hardness rubber rollers. It has high physical and mechanical properties and good solvent resistance. It is often used in the non-ferrous metal industry. Polyether type is mostly used in high-speed, high-hardness rubber rollers. It has good water resistance, excellent low temperature resistance, and good process performance. It is commonly used to make drawing rollers, printing rollers, etc. Polycaprolactone type has excellent comprehensive performance, low temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance. It is often used as a press roll and a rubber roll with higher requirements.

1. Vulcanization system
   The combination of vulcanizing agent and vulcanization accelerator has a great influence on the physical properties of wear-resistant rubber products, and is an important factor second only to raw rubber. Although vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators or peroxides are used in many products, other vulcanization systems are also used in many products according to different raw rubber materials. For example, CR is vulcanized with magnesium oxide, and FKM is vulcanized with polyols. Depending on the product, radiation vulcanization and electron beam vulcanization can also be considered. Commonly used vulcanizing agents are peroxide vulcanization, resin vulcanization, radiation vulcanization, electron beam vulcanization, microwave vulcanization, etc.
2, fillers and softeners
  In the formulation design process, the importance of the reinforcement system is second only to the vulcanization system, especially the type and amount of carbon black. Filling systems such as rubber, vulcanization system and reinforcing agent are called three elements. After surface treatment and ion exchange treatment, the filler has become a cost-saving compounding agent. Softeners and plasticizers can not only impart softness to rubber and improve cold resistance, but also help to disperse the compounding agent and have the effect of improving processing performance.
3, anti-aging agent
   When choosing antioxidants, the purpose and conditions of use of rubber products should be considered, and fatigue tests should be carried out in accordance with the purpose and conditions of use. In the use of contact with liquids, attention should be paid to its dissolution and precipitation, and attention must be paid to the pollution of anti-aging agents according to the use. Sometimes antioxidants can also be used to improve vulcanization efficiency.
