Temperature Control
Ensure the heat press temperature is set according to the material specifications of the plastic product. Excessive heat can cause melting or deformation, while insufficient heat may lead to poor adhesion of the transfer. -
Pressure Adjustment
Apply even and appropriate pressure across the entire surface. Uneven pressure can result in incomplete transfers or blurred designs, while excessive force may damage the plastic product.
-
Time Management
Strictly adhere to the recommended pressing duration. Overheating can degrade the plastic or cause discoloration, whereas insufficient time may prevent the transfer from fully bonding. -
Surface Preparation
Ensure the plastic surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Pre-treat the area if necessary to enhance adhesion, and use protective sheets or Teflon covers to prevent scorching or sticking during the process.
