20 micron – Suitable for small-sized products such as lunch box lids. The thin and flexible label is easy to place and cost-effective.
40 micron – Ideal for cups, boxes, and similar medium-sized containers, offering a good balance of flexibility, print quality, and durability.
70 micron – Recommended for buckets and larger containers that need greater stiffness, impact resistance, and durability.
90 micron or above – Best for large flat products such as tabletops, where high rigidity, excellent opacity, and a premium surface finish are required.
In short, smaller and more flexible products generally use thinner labels, while larger, heavier-duty, or high-end products require thicker labels to ensure stable placement, structural strength, and long-lasting decoration.
