Both of HTF and IML could be used for PP paint bucket, cabinet, dustbin like regular and large printed size products.

 

The difference between them are as below:

 

1.HTF is suitable for small pattern; IML need cover the whole outer surface and need more film and cost a lot;

 

2.HTF needs the heat transfer machine. If the customer hasn't the machine, IML is a good choice;

 

3.The plasticware and IML are only made once together, no need to be printed again

 

4.IML is applied for the irregular product like washbasin, plate,etc..

 

5.HTF is suitable for stock product, faster and convenient, no need to turn on the injection machine, save the cost.

 

6.Characteristic

IML: due to the film on the ink, it’s more ware resistance, chemical resistance.
