If your product has a small surface area requiring decoration, you can choose a single-layer IML label.
1) For example, if your product is a lunchbox lid or plate under 20cm, you can choose a 20-micron thick single-layer label. This facilitates injection molding and is also less expensive.
2) For example, if your product is a small tabletop, water cup, lunchbox lid, etc., between 20-40cm, you can choose a 30-40 micron thick single-layer label. This prevents the label from wrinkling during injection molding and achieves a better effect.
If your product has a large surface area requiring decoration, you can choose composite IML labels.
1) For example, if your product is a paint bucket, large kettle, or stool, you can choose a 70-micron thick label, which will create a good decorative effect and adhere better to the product surface.
2) For example, if your product is a large tabletop or trash can, you can choose a 90-110 micron thick label. Because the product area is large, a thicker label is needed, making injection molding easier. This method is less frequent.
