1）By hand.Workers place the film in the cavity of the female mold of the injection molding machine, the female mold and the male mold are combined together for injection molding.
2）By robot.To use the robot, the label needs to be destaticized in advance. During the injection molding process, the manipulator automatically picks up the label. The purpose of removing static electricity is to prevent the labels from sticking together, so that the manipulator can pick up one label at a time. During the process of taking the label, the manipulator will automatically add static electricity to the label again, which is convenient for injection molding.
The mold label is a tool that allows manufacturers to communicate important information about a product's composition and production requirements directly onto the mold used to create the product.
