A heat transfer machine does not print the heat transfer film itself. The film is already pre-printed with the custom design. The machine uses heat and pressure to transfer that printed pattern from the film onto the plastic product.
How a Heat Transfer Machine Works with Heat Transfer Film:

Set the parameters – Adjust temperature (usually 180–240°C), pressure, and speed according to the film and plastic material.

Load the heat transfer film – Place the pre-printed film roll onto the machine, with the printed side facing the product surface.

Position the product – Put the plastic product onto the printing mold or fixture.

Apply heat and pressure – The high temperature resistant silicone roller presses the film against the product. The heat softens the ink and adhesive layer, while the pressure bonds the design to the plastic surface.

Transfer and peel – After a few seconds, the design is transferred. The PET carrier film is peeled away, leaving the pattern permanently attached to the product.

Inspect the result – Check for color accuracy, adhesion, and surface quality.
