La etiqueta en molde es un material decorativo para productos de plástico. Antes de moldear por inyección el producto, la etiqueta en el molde se pega en el producto de plástico a través de la máquina de moldeo por inyección, y la etiqueta se pega en el producto para moldearlo una sola vez a través de la máquina de moldeo por inyección.
Hay dos métodos principales de aplicación de etiquetas en molde:
1) A mano. Los trabajadores colocan la película en la cavidad del molde hembra de la máquina de moldeo por inyección, el molde hembra y el molde macho se combinan para el moldeo por inyección.
2）Por robot. Para usar el robot, la etiqueta debe ser desestática por adelantado. Durante el proceso de moldeo por inyección, el manipulador recoge automáticamente la etiqueta. El propósito de eliminar la electricidad estática es evitar que las etiquetas se peguen entre sí, de modo que el manipulador pueda recoger una etiqueta a la vez. Durante el proceso de toma de la etiqueta, el manipulador agregará automáticamente electricidad estática a la etiqueta nuevamente, lo cual es conveniente para el moldeo por inyección.
