1. Plate Making (Cylinder Engraving)
The customer’s design is laser‑engraved onto a copper or chrome‑plated gravure cylinder. This cylinder acts as the master plate for high‑volume, consistent printing.
2. Printing (Gravure Printing)
The engraved cylinder is mounted on a gravure printing press. It transfers ink onto the OPP/PP film, building the design layer by layer through multiple color stations, achieving vivid, high‑resolution graphics.
3. Drying
After each ink layer is applied, the printed film passes through a heated drying tunnel to evaporate solvents and fully cure the ink. This prevents smudging and ensures good adhesion.
4. Die‑Cutting (Slitting / Punching)
The fully dried master roll is cut into customer‑specified sizes. This can be slitting into narrow rolls or die‑cutting into individual label shapes, depending on the application requirements.
5. Quality Inspection
Each roll undergoes strict inspection for:
* Color accuracy and print clarity
* Surface defects (scratches, bubbles, stains)
* Dimensional precision (width, length)
* Adhesion and ink curing quality

6. Packaging
The inspected rolls are wrapped in protective film to prevent dust and moisture. They are then placed into strong cartons with clear labeling (size, design, batch number).
7. Shipping
Packed cartons are palletized, shrink‑wrapped, and dispatched to the customer with the necessary shipping documents (packing list,invoice, etc.).
