1. Ensure accurate positioning of labels
In the film pasting process, the label needs to be accurately attached to the designated position on the inner wall of the mold before the mold is closed. Static electricity generates an electrostatic field, which fixes the label with electrostatic adsorption force when entering the mold, avoiding label displacement or detachment caused by mechanical arm movement or airflow disturbance during mold closure.

The system is composed of an electrostatic generator and an electrostatic generating electrode. The electrostatic generator provides a high voltage for the electrostatic needle of the electrostatic generating electrode to generate the required charge.
The electrostatic generating electrode uses the high voltage generated by the electrostatic generator. The electric charge moves to the surface of the product under the action of the electric field.
How to operate?
1. Equipment inspection and preparation
Check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact, confirm that the grounding wire is firmly connected, and avoid the risk of leakage or short circuit.
2. Parameter settings
Voltage regulation: Set the output voltage (such as 0-30kV continuously adjustable) through the device panel or remote control, and adjust it according to the label material and thickness.
3. Label charging and attachment
Manual operation: Place the label near the electrode of the electrostatic generator and hold for 1-3 seconds. After the label is adsorbed, move it to the inner wall of the mold.Automated operation: After placing the label into the mold cavity through a robotic arm, the electrostatic device is activated, and the vacuum is released after the label adsorption is completed.
