IML’s production process
1. Make Cylinder: This is the starting step of the production process, which requires the raw materials to be processed into cylindrical films through specific equipment.
2. Ready Material: Organize and prepare the prepared cylinder film and other auxiliary materials.
3. Printing Label: Using professional printing equipment to print label patterns and text on a cylinder film.
4. Splicing (presumably Splitting): Cut the printed large roll film into small rolls of thin film according to the required size for subsequent processing and use.
5. Sewing: According to the product design requirements, the cut film is sewn to form a shape and structure suitable for mold molding.
6. Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the sutured film adhesive.
