Production Process for Laminated IML Labels
1. Cylinder Making – Engrave the custom design onto a gravure printing cylinder.
2. Printing – Use the cylinder to print the design onto OPP/PP film with high‑precision gravure printing.
3. Drying – Pass the printed film through a heated tunnel to fully cure the ink.
4. Lamination – Bond a white PP backing layer to the printed film under controlled temperature and pressure.
